Legal Roles

PPrior to joining McIntyre Szabo PC, Zoë (she/her) gained experience in civil and administrative litigation, including commercial litigation, Aboriginal law, employment law, prison law, municipal law and immigration law.  

Practice Areas

Zoë represents and advises clients in the health care sector, including healthcare institutions, regulated health practitioners and other regulated professionals. She is building a broad-based health litigation practice at McIntyre Szabo PC including professional regulation, mental health hearings and appeals, physician privileging, human rights applications and inquests.

Health Industry

Zoë comes from a family of healthcare professionals spanning multiple generations. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant, conducting health law research on assisted reproductive technologies, with a particular focus on egg freezing and in vitro fertilization (IVF).  

Outside the Law

In her spare time, Zoë enjoys baking, going to the movies and learning Spanish.
